Lea Calderon-Guthe

Lea Calderon-Guthe is an accomplished individual with a diverse educational background and professional experience in social work, clinical services, case management, and various managerial roles.

She holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree with a specialization in Clinical/Medical Social Work from Smith College, a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and American Literature along with Psychology from Middlebury College, and completed her high school education at East Chapel Hill High School.

Lea has contributed her expertise as an Emergency Team Clinician and formerly as an Adult Outpatient Clinician and Clinical Case Manager at The Counseling Service of Addison County. She has also served in roles such as Assistant Director at Indian Brook at Farm and Wilderness Camps, Manager at Addison County Relocalization Network (ACORN), and Senior Lodge Head at Farm and Wilderness Camps.
