Hoang Diep Thao, also known as Le Hoang Diep Thao, is the Founder and CEO of TNI Company, headquartered in Vietnam, and Trung Nguyen Instant Coffee JSC, which owns instant coffee factories in Binh Duong and Bac Giang, catering to both domestic and export markets.

With a strong background in the coffee industry, Hoang Diep Thao has been a pivotal figure since 1996 as a Co-founder and co-owner of Trung Nguyen Group, a prominent coffee group in Vietnam. Her significant decisions have played a crucial role in the growth and sustainability of Trung Nguyen Group, propelling it to its current status.

A visionary leader, Hoang Diep Thao's mission is to promote Vietnamese brands globally and to compete with multinational companies in the coffee industry. She has been instrumental in expanding the G7 coffee brand and enhancing the popularity of Vietnamese coffee in over 60 countries worldwide, including regions like North America, Europe, and Asia.

With over 25 years of dedicated contribution to the Vietnamese coffee industry, Hoang Diep Thao continues to write new chapters, driven by a genuine passion and commitment.

Aside from her roles at TNI Company and Trung Nguyen Group, Hoang Diep Thao has held positions as Vice President at VICOFA, CEO at Trung Nguyen International, and Co-Owner and Co-Founder at Trung Nguyen Group.
