Sergey Okolesnov is a seasoned financial services professional with a solid background in sales, strategy, and marketing in a multinational environment. He has honed his skills mostly in the retail sector, particularly in the booming pension industry in Russia. Currently, he is the CEO and Co-founder of Pension Partner ltd, specializing in private pension funds that manage both Pillar 3 (voluntary) and Pillar 2 (obligatory) pension savings, targeting the vast majority of the Russian working population who have left their savings with the state pension administrator.

Sergey has an impressive educational background, having studied in top universities such as Copenhagen Business School in Denmark, Universität zu Köln in Germany, and Plekhanov Russian Academy of Economics in Moscow, Russia. He is fluent in Russian and English, and highly proficient in German, and beginner-level in French. As an expert in financial markets, sales, project management, strategy and marketing, Sergey possesses in-depth knowledge of relevant tools such as Siebel CRM, Reuters informational and transaction products.

Aside from his current position, Sergey has held various leadership roles, including Vice-President, Head of Sales and Marketing at Pension Fund of Electrical Power Industry, Head of Marketing and Business Development at Promregionsvyaz, and Head of President's Office at "Russian Standard" Corporation, among others. He has also tried his hand in entrepreneurship, engaging in private business activities in Forex transactions, consumer goods, and car delivery and sales.
