Laylah Smith

Laylah Frances Smith is a New York-based UX/UI + Product Designer with a strong focus on human-centered design in the digital sphere.

Laylah excels in collaborating on design and innovation projects, spanning from problem understanding, research, ideation, prototyping, to the final validation of solutions.

She holds a Certification in User Experience Design from The City University of New York, a Bachelor of Arts in Literature from City University of New York-Brooklyn College, and has studied Graphic Design at Katherine Gibbs School of Arts.

Currently, Laylah is a UX/UI Designer at Make It MVP, with a background as a Freelance Designer and previous roles as Product Designer at Brewasis, Junior UX Designer at the Association of Young Americans, and in various production and marketing roles at Lenny Boy Brewing Co.

Apart from her work, Laylah is actively involved in volunteering at her local community garden, caring for her pets, cooking, exploring her interests in true crime and sci-fi, and voraciously reading.
