Lava Kumar

Lava Kumar is a highly skilled technology-driven professional with over 11 years of experience in technical support, product consulting, and implementation. Kumar has 6 years of hands-on experience in consulting, implementation, and support of WFO/WFM products from Verint and Aspect Software. He has expertise in account management and cloud consulting, specifically in Azure. Kumar has also led Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support teams and has experience in training and transitioning multiple new batches of employees.

Kumar's skillset includes SME-level knowledge on both architecture and functional aspects of Aspect Workforce Management, with sound knowledge of Verint WFO suite and WFM components. He has a sound understanding of IVR and ACD concepts and relevant Aspect Software products such as Prophecy and CXP. Kumar also possesses good knowledge and experience on reporting and data analytics application concepts, like APM and CXP Analyzer.
