Laurie Butz

Laurie Butz is a seasoned professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in organizational development, human resources, investments, and insurance services.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management from the University of Wisconsin - Green Bay. Laurie also pursued further education at the CUES CEO Institute, Marquette University Law School for Law studies, and the University of Wisconsin - Fox Valley for a Master of Business Administration.

Laurie Butz has held significant roles in various organizations, including her current position as the Senior Vice President of Organizational Development, Investments, and Insurance Services, and CF Fox Cities Marathon at Community First Credit Union in Appleton, Wisconsin.

Prior to her current role, Laurie served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Community First Credit Union and held Vice President roles in Human Resources at Alta Resources and Associated Bank. She also has experience as the Director of Organizational Development and Training at Pacificare American Medical Security.
