Laurence Veale is a renowned expert in user experience research and design with over 15 years of experience in leading various digital consumer products. Having graduated with a Graduate Diploma in Information Technology from Dublin City University and an Honours in Physiology from Trinity College Dublin, Veale has been instrumental in enabling and leading businesses towards digital transformation. His expertise ranges from UX and customer research, service design, customer journeys, and interaction design. He possesses excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, enabling him to influence C-level stakeholders on strategic design direction. Veale previously held key positions at AIB, Each&Other, The Corkscrew Wine Merchants, and Eagle Star Life. Additionally, he was a wine writer at Sunday Tribune Newspaper and former Wing-forward at Old Belvedere RFC.
