Laurence Dawes holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Industrial and Product Design from the University of Plymouth, showcasing his commitment to academic excellence in his field.

Having held key positions such as Director of Experience Design at Magic Leap, VP XR / AR Innovation, Director XR / AR Innovation, and Concept Director at Trigger - The XR Agency, Laurence has a proven track record in leadership and innovation.

Prior to his roles at Trigger and Magic Leap, Laurence Dawes showcased his creativity and leadership as a Senior Design Manager / Creative Lead as well as a Designer / Senior Designer at the LEGO Group.
