Lauren Upton is a highly accomplished business leader and technical recruiter with a wide range of experience in both the corporate and non-profit sectors. She is a graduate of Columbia University in New York, where she studied Business, and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she earned degrees in Psychology, Chemistry, and French.

Ms. Upton spent six years at Google, working first as a Technical Sourcer and then as a Technical Recruiter. Prior to that, she served as the Managing Director of Human Potential and Site Operations at City Year and as a Development Associate and Deputy Campus Director at Citizen Schools. She also has experience as a Team Leader at City Year and as a Camp Counselor at Camp Joy. She was the Epsilon Gamma President at Kappa Kappa Gamma.
