Lauren Nelson

Lauren Nelson is an accomplished and knowledgeable research director, responsible for overseeing the Infrastructure & Operations research team at Forrester. With extensive experience in cloud, HPC, and operations, she has developed a passion for open source strategies and diversity and inclusivity practices. Lauren's journey started when she earned a B.A. in economics at Wellesley College. From there, she has held various roles at Forrester, including Research Assistant, Senior Research Associate, Principal Analyst, and now VP and Research Director. Her responsibilities include determining cloud, HPC, and operations research themes, developing individual research plans, reviewing drafts, and ensuring the delivery of consulting services. Lauren's expertise and dedication to her work make her a valuable asset to any organization.
