Lauren Rodan

Lauren Rodan is an experienced educational professional who has worked in a variety of roles throughout her career. She began her journey as an Assistant Editor at Cambridge University Press, Asian Branch in Singapore before moving on to become an English Teacher at Tronwell in Santiago, Chile.

After returning to the United States, Rodan worked as an Associate Development Editor at Cengage Learning in Boston. She later became an Online Community Manager for DYMO/Mimio at Newell Brands and was responsible for the successful management of their online community, user groups, and discussion forums.

In her most recent role, Rodan worked as a Collaboration Architect and Internal Community & Communications Manager at Forrester. Her experience at Forrester included designing, implementing, and managing internal social and collaboration platforms to foster engagement among employees, as well as developing and implementing content strategy for multiple internal communication channels.

Rodan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Spanish from Tufts University, MS in Technical Communications from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, and a certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults from the British Council Singapore.
