Before her current role, Lauren held positions such as Massachusetts Director for Apprenti, overseeing the expansion of apprenticeship programs in the tech industry to foster talent diversity.

With extensive experience in government, Lauren served as the Director of Partner Programs for HUBweek's innovation festival and as the Director of Business Strategy in the Mayor's Office of Economic Development in Boston.

Lauren played a vital role in significant projects, including attracting General Electric to Boston and leading the city's bid for the Amazon HQ2 proposal.
