Lauren Harcott

Lauren Harcott is an accomplished management professional with an extensive background leading large operations and projects. With a degree in ASCM, International Business and Supply Chain Management from Grant Macewan College, Lauren's expertise lies in team management, building relationships, problem-solving, and attention to detail. She has proven to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working toward exceeding performance targets. Her outgoing, positive, and self-motivated attitude has led her to a successful career. Lauren currently serves as the Director of Customer Experience at Procurify, where she previously served as Associate Director of Client Services. Before that, she worked at Microserve as a project manager and OD-Group as a project coordinator. Prior to this, she worked at Enterprise Holdings Inc., where she served as Remarketing Logistics Supervisor, Assistant Manager, and Station Manager-YVR Operations.
