Before venturing into entrepreneurship, Lauren held a prominent role as the Vice President at a prestigious luxury hair care product company, where she played a pivotal role in steering the business towards growth and success.

Her educational background is anchored in diverse fields with a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations, Communication, and Media Studies from Suffolk University, complemented by further studies in Biology and a Post baccalaureate program at the University of Miami.

Currently, Lauren Berkovitz serves as the CEO of Lauren B. Beauty, driving the company's vision and growth strategies. Previously, she held the position of VP Business Development at Philip B. Botanical Products International, showcasing her prowess in business development and strategic leadership.
