During her time at Princeton University, Lauren not only pursued her academic interests but also excelled as an Olympic-track show jumping equestrian athlete. She continued her passion for equestrian sports after college, alongside establishing and expanding her own equestrian training and sales business. This experience honed her skills in multitasking and business management.
After completing her MBA at Kellogg, Lauren ventured into the world of entrepreneurship by founding LolaBee's Harvest, an online farmers market. She took the business from concept to achieving product-market fit, demonstrating her proficiency in product development and user acquisition.
Under Lauren's leadership, LolaBee's Harvest was successfully acquired by Good Eggs in 2013, further showcasing her strategic vision and business acumen. Following this accomplishment, Lauren transitioned into consulting, providing her expertise to startups like Reforge, Plaid, and Nextdoor. Her focus on identifying and implementing growth strategies, as well as scalable processes, has been invaluable for these companies.
In addition to her consulting work, Lauren co-founded the 'Women in Growth' community as a side project, highlighting her commitment to fostering collaboration and diversity in the industry. Her full-time roles in growth at prestigious organizations like NerdWallet, Reforge, and Google have further solidified her reputation as a seasoned professional in the field.
