Laure Voop de Vulpillieres
Laure "Voop" de Vulpillieres is an accomplished international change management professional with expertise in strategy development, change management, leadership development, executive coaching, staff engagement, and team collaboration. She is a former teaching fellow at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, where she received the Dean's Award for Excellence in Student Teaching. She has also taught leadership in other academic institutions and has served as a senior consultant and program manager for Booz Allen Hamilton, where she currently leads the Executive Talent Development program.
De Vulpillieres holds French and U.S. citizenship and is fluent in English, French, and Khmer. She studied at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, where she earned her Master of Public Policy degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management. She also holds a bachelor's degree in Sociology from Harvard College.
De Vulpillieres has worked with various organizations, including the U.S. Department of Transportation, Cambridge Leadership Associates, Cambodian Mutual Assistance Association, Save the Children, Harvard University, and the Royal University of Law and Economics in Cambodia.
