Dustin Peterson

Dustin Peterson is a leading figure in leadership development, training, and coaching. He is the founder and lead of Proof Leadership Group, a professional development firm that specializes in training and developing leaders to maximize strengths and improve team engagement. Before starting Proof Leadership Group, Peterson's experience spread across different fields, including education and organizational development. With an M.S. in Educational Leadership from Indiana University and a B.S. in Communications/Public Relations from Brigham Young University - Idaho, Peterson's expertise spans over several areas, including leadership development, career coaching, training and facilitation, and management.

Peterson's career spans several years, during which he has trained, coached, and consulted for organizations in the private, public, and nonprofit sectors. He has trained leaders at Rice University, Indiana University, and UNLV, and has written a book titled Reset: How to Get Paid and Love What You Do. Peterson is passionate about developing leaders to get results through people, and his work has significantly impacted many organizations. Among his achievements is the creation of YES Prep Public Charter Schools' first-ever leadership and management training program, which he directed for three years. The program produced great results, substantially improving employee engagement throughout the organization and equipping leaders with the necessary knowledge and skills to lead schools effectively.
