Laura Shesgreen

Laura Shesgreen is a seasoned Chief Financial Officer with a track record of over 30 years in high-growth technology companies in Europe and the USA.

She possesses a diverse skill set in strategy, mergers & acquisitions, operational and financial management, and has extensive experience in leading teams.

Laura's expertise lies in understanding how technology firms build, deliver, and capture value by focusing on customer experience, innovation, and data within their business models.

She is a Fellow Chartered Accountant in Ireland, accredited as a Director in 2020 by the Insead international directors programme, and holds a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science.

In 2020, Laura was appointed by the Central Bank of Ireland to chair a financial services e-money regulated business in the country.

Currently, she serves as a board member and advisor to various companies, bringing her wealth of experience to contribute to their success.

Laura's educational background includes studying at the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland, Ursuline Convent, INSEAD for the International Directors Programme, and University College Dublin for Computer Science.

In her organizational roles, she serves as the Chairperson at Stripe Technology, Europe Ltd, was formerly a Non-Executive Director at The AA (Ireland), and a member of the Digital Advisory Board at Irish Life.
