Highlights
Turn your sound 🔉 up and watch an #AI #Agent for loan origination in action ...
We connected @GoSenso knowledge base containing home equity policies and procedures to a speech-to-speech model. The video demonstrates an agent pre-screening a prospective borrower for a home equity loan.
A few takeaways:
The new UX is conversational - we now have granular capabilities to design orchestrated voice interactions across any use case. The nuances of recalling and conversing about knowledge in a specific tone, style, and personality can now be controlled, and the flexibility is getting better each day.
Long-term memory - @GoSenso's recall system is directly injected into the conversational flow, enabling rapid retrieval across hundreds of policies and procedures. These sources are constantly improving based on call performance metrics such as sentiment, resolution, and others.
Short-Term Memory - We have also demonstrated how information can be saved into short term memory. As you can see, the voice assistant got the prospects name and email address incorrect, which we corrected at the end of the conversation. We noticed that the quality of the microphone has a lot to do with capturing details, and since recording this, we’ve enhanced the agents capability to verify email addresses.
We’ll be posting more videos of conversational experiences we’ve designed across training, sales, and support use cases in the weeks to come. Feel free to comment below or DM me with requests for voice experiences you’d like us to post.
