Laura Palantone

Laura Palantone is a skilled Manager with a specialty in connecting health care and life sciences with emerging technologies. She received her Bachelor of Science in Marketing with a double major in Communications at the University of Maryland College Park and her MBA at Columbia Business School. Prior to joining Deloitte Consulting, where she is currently an Engagement Manager, Laura worked at Mercado Global, supporting the empowerment of women in Guatemala through leadership and entrepreneurship. She also held positions at APCO Worldwide and NY+Acumen, engaging in communication, reporting, and strategy projects related to sustainable growth, social inequality, and environmental sustainability. Laura’s education and work experiences have prepared her to use research, analytical, and creative thinking skills, and to tell stories that shape people's perceptions of brands and reputations.
