Laura Moore

Laura Moore is an accomplished professional with a strong background in education policy, strategy, and leadership.

She holds a Master's in Public Policy (MPP) with a focus on Education Policy from Vanderbilt University, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) Honors in Social Studies from Harvard University.

Laura has held significant roles in various prestigious organizations, including the National Education Equity Lab, Obama Foundation, Opportunity Insights, Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce, and Tennessee SCORE.

Her previous positions include Chief Higher Education Officer, Managing Director of Strategy and Policy, Chief of Staff (Office of the CEO), and Deputy Director of Education at the National Education Equity Lab.

Additionally, she has served as Deputy Policy Director at Opportunity Insights, Senior Advisor for Education in the Mayor's Office of the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, as well as Vice President of Policy at the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce.

Laura's career also includes leadership roles such as Director of Innovation at Tennessee SCORE and Project and Policy Manager at Civic Enterprises.
