Laura Guzman

Laura Guzman is an accomplished marketer, communicator, and business leader committed to helping individuals and organizations unleash their full potential. With a Master of Business Administration degree from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management, Laura has held a variety of executive and management roles in well-respected organizations.

Currently serving as Vice President of Marketing and Communications at XL Construction, Laura oversees marketing, branding, corporate communication, and customer experience initiatives. Previously, she held senior-level marketing and business development positions at leading organizations such as WSP USA and Microdesk, where she helped to shape market-facing strategies, lead winning pursuit teams, and drive revenue growth. Before joining the private sector, Laura honed her communication and public affairs skills as an account executive at Dittus Communications and Assistant Director of Public Policy for Communications & Governmental Relations at New York Farm Bureau.
