Laura Del Beccaro

Laura Del Beccaro is the co-founder and CEO of Sora, a company focused on automating human resources processes to enhance employee experiences. Founded approximately three years ago, Sora aims to simplify HR tasks such as onboarding and offboarding, allowing HR teams to concentrate on more strategic initiatives. Under her leadership, Sora has raised over $20 million and built a diverse team of 22 employees, significantly impacting various organizations by saving them thousands of hours in administrative work.13

Before starting Sora, Laura had a background in software engineering, having worked at First Round Capital and Mixpanel. She also has experience in management consulting. Her journey to becoming a CEO was influenced by her desire to create a human-centered approach to HR, which she emphasizes through a strong internal culture at Sora. Laura is originally from outside Philadelphia but has spent most of her career in California. She is passionate about soccer and enjoys cooking, particularly pasta.34
