As the Executive Director reporting to an active Board of Directors, provide leadership for the overall strategic and operational direction of Beacon Hill Village -- a member-driven organization that pioneered the Village movement.  For more than 13 years, Beacon Hill Village has been creating opportunities for adults to choose how they live as they age, and change how aging is valued by providing social, cultural, and wellness programs along with access to household and home care services that support individuals aged 50+ to lead vibrant, active and healthy lives in their own homes and communities.  Responsibilities include:
• Building and managing the effectiveness of Beacon Hill Village to fulfill its mission and achieve its vision
• Leading a professional staff and corps of volunteers 
• Partnering with Board committees on marketing, membership enrollment and retention, and program development
• Developing new benefits and programming, and expanding services
• Working with individual members and their families to support the challenges of aging 
• Fundraising, including individual/community giving, and foundations and corporation support

Executive Director

As a member of the executive leadership team with Elder Affairs (EOEA) and Mass Rehab (MRC), provides overall project management for the statewide ADRC system in Massachusetts.  Responsibilities include expansion of the statewide ADRC network, establishing formal partnerships between aging, disability, other state and local agencies, and stakeholder groups, working with all stakeholders to support a statewide system the ensures integrated access to long-term services and supports, ensuring that older adults, individuals with disabilities and caregivers can remain independent and healthy in the community.  Key accountability areas include:
• Implementation of MA ADRC 5-Year Strategic Plan
• Consultation, facilitation and technical assistance to local ADRCs in support of becoming fully-functional
• Integration of ADRC programs with EOEA, MRC and other state programs
• Enhancing IT/MIS systems to meet program needs and provide basis for continuous quality improvement
• Developing evaluation criteria, data collection and reporting, and analysis/assessment of performance outcomes
