Sneha Sinha, a graduate from Oregon State University, is an ambitious and compassionate leader with experience in industrial engineering and engineering management. She has worked with various organizations, including Deloitte Consulting, ParachuteMedia, Target, and Intel Corporation, in roles ranging from Government & Public Services Analyst to Chief Operating Officer. During her time at college, she served as President and Vice President of the Engineering Student Council, Center for Diversity and Inclusion Intern, and College of Engineering Ambassador, amongst other roles. With a focus on lean management, continuous improvement, and diversity & inclusion values, Sneha excels in bringing people, resources, and technology together to achieve positive change.
