I led 360 sales and marketing initiatives for a portfolio that included Bliss Color, Orlando Pita, Kristofer Buckle Cosmetics, Jenna Hipp and Circle of Friends. Developed key retail relationships and over $10M wholesale revenue in year one plus established department process and building blocks.

I joined Hourglass to lead sales and education initiatives for the brand. I recruited and led a sales team that worked within Sephora and successfully increased the assortment footprint from 25 one-bays to a full two-bay roll out in all stores. During my tenure I also managed the launch of the collection at SPACE.NK, Bergdorf Goodman, Canyon Ranch and Net-A-Porter.
