LaToya Shambo is the CEO of Black Girl Digital, where she specializes in brokering brand partnerships between multimillion-dollar brands and Black female influencers at scale through the iLINKR platform.
With a background in advertising, marketing communications, and music business, LaToya has honed her skills in creating fair and equitable partnerships that connect authentically with influencers and Black audiences.
Prior to leading Black Girl Digital, LaToya held various marketing and brand partnership roles at reputable organizations such as Kaneka North America, Condé Nast, COMPLEX, SpikeDDB, Havas Media, and Bad Boy World Wide.
LaToya Shambo holds a B.S. in Advertising and Marketing Communications from the Fashion Institute of Technology and has also studied Music Business at Five Towns College.
