Latif Peracha

Latif Peracha is a venture capitalist with a notable career in investment and corporate development. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business and a Master of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship from Columbia Business School.1

Professionally, Peracha is currently a General Partner at M13, a venture capital firm that focuses on early-stage consumer technology companies.1 Before joining M13, he was a Managing Director at Virgin Management, where he led investments in the Americas and was involved in the incubation and management of several Virgin Group companies, including Virgin Hotels, Virgin Galactic, Virgin Orbit, and Virgin Pulse.1 His investment portfolio includes companies like Square, Ring, Slack, and Capsule.1

In addition to his role at M13, Peracha has served as an Independent Board Director at Virgin Group Acquisition Corp. II (VGAC II) and has been a board member or observer for various other companies, including Virgin Mobile Latin America, Hard Rock Hotel, and Bedrocket Media Ventures.1 His career also includes experience at IAC, where he focused on corporate and business development for Ticketmaster, and at Bear Stearns in investment banking.1
