Lars Jeppesen

Lars Bo Jeppesen was appointed as the Director (Direktør) of PARKEN Sport & Entertainment A/S on May 1, 2020.1 He served in this role for approximately one year, until May 2021.3 In this position, he was responsible for all matters related to Telia Parken and commercial aspects of F.C. Copenhagen.1

Prior to joining PARKEN Sport & Entertainment A/S, Jeppesen had an extensive career in the media and marketing industry. He came from a position as CEO of Dentsu Aegis Network in the Nordic, Benelux, Central and Eastern European countries, where he oversaw operations in 20 countries with 5,000 employees.1

Jeppesen's appointment was seen as a strategic move to strengthen the company's commercial operations. The chairman of the board, Bo Rygaard, highlighted Jeppesen's international and commercial profile, as well as his experience in management and knowledge of the modern media landscape, digital transformation, and business development.1

In addition to his role at PARKEN Sport & Entertainment A/S, Jeppesen also joined the board of directors for the eSports company North and became a board member of Superligaen A/S.1

It's worth noting that Lars Bo Jeppesen has had a distinguished academic career as well. He is currently a Professor of Innovation Management at Copenhagen Business School, focusing on innovation in the digital economy, crowd-based innovation, crowdfunding, user communities, entrepreneurship, and digital platforms.24
