She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from The University of Georgia and a Master of Public Administration in Political Management from the University of Southern California. Larissa has worked in several positions in various organizations, including a role as a Senior Government Relations Professional at Invariant GR, where she advised top-level executives and represented clients in meetings with high-level officials in the federal government.

As an expert in political and policy matters, Larissa co-founded Women's Public Leadership Network where she helped women run for public office and win. She also co-founded Catalyst PAC, RightNOW, and LM^2 Consulting, LLC where she served as a leader and President, respectively. With a passion for developing multifaceted strategies that deliver optimal outcomes, Larissa worked as a Senior Advisor/Executive Director at U.S. Senator Deb Fischer where she developed winning strategies and executed on multi-stakeholder initiatives that yielded tremendous results. Larissa also worked at U.S. Senator Chuck Hagel and U.S. Senator Johnny Isakson- with a focus on legislative matters, Larissa provided expertise and developed policies that helped shape the political landscape.
