Dr. Laith Abu-Raddad is a distinguished Professor of Population Health Sciences and serves as the Director of the Biostatistics and Biomathematics Research Core at Weill Cornell Medicine in Qatar. With a strong focus on epidemiological factors and population processes, his research delves into understanding infectious disease spread in both human and animal populations. Dr. Abu-Raddad embarked on his academic journey by completing a Ph.D. in Physics at Florida State University, following a Master's degree at Miami University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Jordan.
