Dr. Wendy Marie Ingram is the Chief Executive Officer of Dragonfly Mental Health, a global nonprofit focused on enhancing mental health in academics worldwide.
She has a diverse educational background, holding a PhD in Molecular and Cell Biology from the University of California, Berkeley, and dual degrees in Biochemistry and Molecular Biophysics & Psychology from the University of Arizona.
Dr. Ingram has nearly a decade of experience in consulting for digital mental health companies, utilizing her expertise in mental health informatics to improve service accessibility and accuracy.
She has been actively involved in various organizations such as the American Medical Informatics Association's Mental Health Informatics Working Group and has contributed to the development of the AMIA Podcast, "For Your Informatics."
Her research in mental health informatics has advanced the understanding of treatments like electroconvulsive therapy and treatment-resistant depression by analyzing Electronic Health Records (EHRs) and genetic data.
