- Recovered over $150 Million in past due JIBs and revenues covering a three year period by contacting Joint Venture Partners, researching title issues or trades, and verifying their working interest.

- Collaborate with Upstream Land Department to coordinate curative issues, assignments, well trades, acreage trades, and various contract agreements in order to maintain accurate company records and data.

- Managed data in SAP/Quorum/Documentum and reported to Land Administration Managers on 300+ wells annually in Bakken Shale are of North Dakota. 

- Conducted due diligence on Title opinions to verify correct Working Interests and Net Revenue Interests.

Took charge of oil & gas leasing and renewals for an 80,000+ acre prospect in Utah. 
- Negotiated & managed easement acquisitions on 150 mile pipeline right-of-way from Lufkin, Texas to Houston Ship Channel for Enterprise Products Co.
- Managed leasing & Title research on 20,000 acre prospect in South Texas with challenges that included leasing several townsites.
- Developed and implemented strategy and business model for site acquisition of cellular towers and rooftop antennas for AT&T, Voicestream, PrimeCo, T-Mobile, and Crown Castle Communications in Texas and Louisiana markets, accomplishing lowest rental rates for cell sites while enabling market launches that where ahead of projected start dates.
- Coordinated with municipal agencies, zoning, building, and permit agencies to ensure rapid approval of structure construction and drilling operations.
