Bob Frazier

Bob Frazier is a seasoned professional with expertise in land, lease, and mineral management across various industries including oil and gas, residential development, wind, solar, and gas storage.

Known for his proficiency in right of way, easement acquisition, and management within the upstream and midstream sectors, Bob has also demonstrated skills in land acquisition for commercial and residential real estate, along with surface waiver solutions for designated drill sites.

In his pursuit of producing property acquisition opportunities, Bob specializes in mineral and royalty acquisitions across the U. S. basins, employing a mix of negotiated purchases and third-party submittals.

Bob excels in assembling exploration acreage blocks for 3-D seismic data acquisition and has a strong background in negotiating and drafting various oil and gas-related agreements such as JOAs, participation agreements, and farmouts.

With vast experience in administering acreage at state, federal, and tribal levels, Bob has worked extensively in states including TX, LA, MS, AL, OK, NM, PA, WY, MT, ND, and WV.

Education-wise, Bob Frazier studied Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Finance at the renowned Texas McCombs School of Business.
