Kyle's career began with founding a company selling repair products to furniture manufacturers in high school, later transitioning from pre-med to business in college.
As the COO of Pender Veterinary Group, Kyle led significant improvements, growing net profit by 300%, annual revenue by 35%, and business unit profits by 35%. He also secured a $4M government contract and prepared Pender for acquisition by NVA.
Prior to Pender, Kyle excelled at Novartis Animal Health, leading a $14.5M sales district with 1,500 accounts, receiving the Legends Award five out of six years, and consistently exceeding sales goals.
Kyle's career has evolved from sales management to general management, showcasing his entrepreneurial spirit, customer-centric problem-solving approach, and ability to drive team success.
Kyle holds an MBA from the University of Richmond and a Bachelor of Science in Business from Wake Forest University.
