Kyle Wild is an experienced entrepreneur, CTO, and CEO who has worked in the startup industry his entire career. He is highly knowledgeable in distributed systems, incentive systems, and organizational culture design. Kyle is the Founder and Managing Partner of Root System, a consulting firm that helps startup founders design and build high-quality software and engineering organizations to de-risk their product/technology. Root System invests sweat, brainpower, and code in exchange for equity instead of cash. Kyle's goal is to bring out the best in people and teams, and he achieves that by designing organizational cultures that promote growth and success. His background includes multiple leadership roles in well-known startups such as Keen, Storefront Social, FableLabs, and Mobileplay. Kyle studied General Engineering, Technology Entrepreneurship, Robotics, and Comedy at University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and completed his High School Diploma with honors in various fields such as Computer Science, Astronomy, and Artificial Intelligence at the Illinois Mathematics & Science Academy.
