His educational background includes a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Education from Cornerstone University, a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Religious Studies from Grace Bible College, and a Master of Arts (MA) in Education from Cornerstone University.

Kyle has held various positions in educational institutions, such as Associate Vice President of Community Life and Dean of Students, Dean of Students, and Associate Vice President for Student Affairs and Dean of Students at Grace Bible College.

He also served as an Assistant Principal and a PE/Health Instructor at Creative Technologies Academy.
