Kurt Weber

Kurt Weber is an accomplished Sales Director with expertise in the Consumer and Industrial Software, Semiconductors, and Systems industries. He holds a BSEE degree in Engineering digital and analog design from Clarkson University, and has taken post-graduate studies in engineering and business at Southern Methodist University and The University of Dallas, respectively. Weber's most recent position is as VP of Sales at Wi-Charge, and he has previously held a similar position at Hillcrest Labs, which was acquired by CEVA. He has also served as a Sales Director for Semiconductors at Stratford Managers Corporation, Tundra Semiconductor, QLogic Corporation, and a Sales Manager for Semiconductors at LSI Logic. Prior to his managerial roles, Weber worked as a Field Systems Engineer at NCR Corporation and as an Engineer at SRX. Weber's business philosophy is efficiency and focus, which he implements through strategic account planning, mergers & acquisition activities, and product life cycle planning, resulting in significant gains in revenue. His expertise extends to implementation and execution of sales strategies, including key account management, team development, and pricing reviews. In addition, he has experience in Management & Motivation, Compensation & Reward Program development, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Configuration & Deployment.
