Ksenia Shirokova

Ksenia Shirokova is a seasoned business professional with over 14 years of experience in various roles in the fashion and beauty industry. She is currently the Chief Operations Officer at Sarafan Technology Inc., where she leads the development of the Search Assistant for video streams. This technology aims to provide users with the information they crave in video content, ultimately improving user satisfaction and engagement. Ksenia has expertise in marketing, media and entertainment technologies, AI/ML, project management, business development, hiring, mentoring, team building, and problem-solving. She obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing/Marketing Management from the Graduate School of Management St. Petersburg State University. Before joining Sarafan, she worked as a Country Manager at Dermoshop Group, Operational Retail Manager at Stockmann, and Regional Retail Manager at Next Ltd. Ksenia relocated to the US from Saint Petersburg, Russia, and currently resides in San Francisco with her family. In her free time, she enjoys running and horseback riding.
