Krzysztof Niewiński

Krzysztof Niewiński is an Agile Coach, Trainer & Consultant with an engineering background, specializing in Lean and Agile principles.

With over 15 years of experience, Krzysztof has worked in various sectors such as eCommerce, FinTech, Telco, Retail, and Banking, helping organizations improve their processes and product development.

He is a promoter of the Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS) framework in Poland and actively participates in conferences, article writing, and community meetings to share his knowledge and expertise.

Krzysztof Niewiński holds a Master of Science in Information Systems from the Military Academy of Technology and has also studied music at Oure Sport & Performance in Denmark.

Currently, he serves as an Agile Coach at ProCognita and previously owned his consultancy firm, AlterWork, where he assisted companies in becoming more adaptive and innovative in the digital economy.
