Ken Rickard has an extensive background in Agile coaching and project management. He has held various positions throughout his career, including a National Agile Coach at Insight, Agile Coach at TalentWave, Scrum Master at CIT, and a Business Intelligence Manager at Acosta Sales & Marketing. With vast experience in business intelligence development, Rickard has also worked with Eastern Michigan University and SunGard Higher Education as a Technical Consultant and Platform Specialist. He has a wealth of knowledge in data analysis, team leadership, and Agile methodologies that make him an asset to any team.
