Kristyn Haywood is a seasoned business consultant, leadership educator, executive coach, and facilitator with a passion for developing strong leaders who can build agile and customer-centric workplace cultures. With an Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Management and a Master of Business in Employment Relations, Distinction from the University of Technology, Sydney, Kristyn has honed her skills in cultural alignment, design thinking, ethical leadership, and facilitation. She is also a certified life styles inventory (LSI) and team management facilitator, as well as an accredited trainer for the Leadership Circle and the Collective Leadership Circle. Kristyn's experience spans across four continents, educating over a thousand leaders, including ASX 200 executives, and coaching C-suite executives. As the Founding Director of People for Success, Kristyn helps businesses develop successful human-centric workplace cultures that positively impact customers, employees, investors, and society at large.
