Kristina Saffran is a social entrepreneur and mental health advocate focused on transforming the eating disorder care delivery system. She is the cofounder and CEO of Equip Health, a virtual eating disorder program that provides quality, affordable treatment to individuals in the comfort of their own homes. Prior to this, Kristina cofounded Project HEAL, where she led efforts to expand access to peer support programs and early intervention and relapse prevention services for individuals with eating disorders. A graduate of Harvard University with a degree in Psychology, Kristina has expertise in research coordination, mental health advisory, and patient-centered care delivery. She has been recognized as an Ashoka Fellow and Forbes 30 under 30 social entrepreneur.
