Kristina Palovicova

Kristina Palovicova is an experienced founder and entrepreneur who successfully created a digital product enjoyed by over 100,000 people before selling the company.

With 8+ years of expertise in innovation, entrepreneurship, strategy, and community building, Kristina is currently working at Transavia as an Innovation Expert within the Innovation & Sustainability department, focusing on accelerating sustainability and reducing emissions.

Having a background as an alpine skier for the Slovak national and university teams, Kristina learned resilience, balance, and the importance of both hard work and play. Her passion for curiosity and discovery led her to co-found Secret City Trails, where she enjoys transforming new ideas into products through customer feedback and re-invention.

Kristina's educational achievements include a Master's degree in Business Economics and Finance from the University of Amsterdam, a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in International Business from the University of Nevada, Reno, and a High School Diploma from Gymnasium M.M. Hodzu.

Throughout her career, Kristina has held various roles such as Innovation Expert, Program Director, Mentor, Intrapreneur, Co-Founder, and Project Lead at organizations like Transavia, Travel Impact Lab, Female Founders, ING, and ABN AMRO Bank N.V.

Her ambition is to bring innovation to Transavia to achieve a net positive impact by 2070, allowing future generations to experience the world through travel and cultural exploration.
