Kristina D'Amico is a seasoned Senior Vice President at the HVS Miami office, specializing in consulting and valuation for hotels and resorts in Florida, the Caribbean, and Latin America.

With vast experience in the Caribbean Basin and the Riviera Maya region of Mexico, Kristina is renowned for her creative problem-solving and adept handling of intricate projects, particularly focusing on all-inclusive resorts and mixed-use developments.

Having assessed over a billion dollars in hospitality real estate, Kristina excels in luxury, complex, and mixed-use properties, playing key roles in landmark valuations like the first over-$1-million-per-room hotel sale in Miami Beach.

She contributed significantly to the initial feasibility study and subsequent appraisals for the debut Hyatt hotel in Uruguay, showcasing her expertise in market feasibility studies for large resorts with high Average Daily Rate (ADR) levels.

Kristina, a New Jersey native, holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance with a minor in hospitality studies from Florida International University, and is a certified general real estate appraiser.

In her current role at HVS Consulting & Valuation, Kristina D'Amico serves as the Senior Vice President and Director for the Caribbean Region, leveraging her extensive knowledge and experience in the hospitality industry.
