Jonathan Kracer

Jonathan Kracer is the Managing Principal at SION CAPITAL LLC, a company he founded. He has over 18 years of experience in the hospitality, real estate, consulting, investing, and operating sectors.12 Throughout his career, Kracer has been involved in numerous real estate projects across the U.S. and internationally, with a strong focus on the Caribbean and Latin American regions. These projects have included hotels, resorts, casinos, marinas, golf courses, condo-hotels, offices, residential properties, restaurants, parking facilities, and mixed-use developments.1

Kracer has collaborated with major hotel brands such as Marriott International/Starwood Hotels, Hilton Worldwide, InterContinental Hotels Group, Hyatt Hotels Corporation, and several others.1 His professional background includes roles at Hotel Asset Value Enhancement, Resort Development Consultants, Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels in Miami; Banc of America Securities in New York City; and Horwath HTL Consulting Asia Pacific in Jakarta and Singapore.1

He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree with Distinction from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration and a Swiss Hotel Management Diploma from Les Roches International School of Hotel Management. Additionally, Kracer is actively involved with Cornell University through various council and alumni roles.1 He is fluent in English and Spanish and proficient in French, Italian, and Portuguese.1
