Jonathan Kracker, a seasoned hospitality and real estate specialist with over 17 years of experience in investing, operating, and consulting realms. Kracker's expertise includes executing a wide range of real estate projects, including hotel, resort, casino, marina, golf, condo-hotel, office, residential, restaurant, parking, and mixed-use developments, with a strong focus in the Caribbean and Latin American regions. He has worked with numerous hospitality brands such as Marriott International, Hilton Worldwide, Hyatt Hotels, InterContinental Hotels, Wyndham Hotel Group, and Accor Hotels Group. His impressive career background includes consulting and finance-related skills, which he attained at Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels, Banc of America Securities in New York City, and Horwath HTL Consulting Asia Pacific. He began his career in hotel operations, working for world-class hotels and resorts such as the New York Palace Hotel, Amanusa Resort, and Hotel D'Angleterre.

Kracker holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Hotel Administration from Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration and Swiss Hotel Management Diploma from the Les Roches International School of Hotel Management.
