With a successful track record in leading and advising product teams and teams of storytellers and filmmakers, Kristina has demonstrated expertise in launching and growing new products and films, while fostering inclusivity and collaboration.

As the founder of KitSplit, a venture-backed startup recognized as 'The Airbnb of cameras' by Forbes and Fast Company, Kristina raised $3M in funding, built a vibrant community of 50k creators, and managed a team of 25+ talented individuals with diverse backgrounds from companies like Google, Meta, Amex, and The White House. Additionally, Kristina played a key role in developing a new app at The New York Times.

Bringing in her strong product management skills, Kristina served as the product lead at KitSplit and contributed to new ventures at The New York Times. She enjoys sharing her knowledge by advising startups on product development and strategic planning.

Furthermore, Kristina's passion for filmmaking led her to kickstart her career at The New Yorker, where she co-founded and managed the video department, overseeing the production and direction of numerous short documentaries. Her filmmaking talents have been showcased on platforms like Peacock, NBC Digital, and Vogue, as well as acclaimed at prestigious events such as the Tribeca Film Festival and various Oscar-qualifying festivals, accumulating hundreds of millions of views.

Kristina holds an M.P.S. from New York University, dual B.A. degrees in English & Film from Columbia University and Barnard College, and a Yoga Teacher's Certification from Sonic Yoga.
