Mariela Gagnon is a seasoned entrepreneur who is passionate about using her expertise in A.I. technologies to help startups scale both nearshore and onshore. Her experience in recruiting and talent management is extensive, having worked with organizations such as Blackstone Talent Group, Vircon, and Ascent Services Group. Mariela is the co-founder of Cre8 A.I., a company dedicated to helping A.I. firms succeed by providing creative solutions to their most difficult problems. She is a firm believer in the quote “when there is a will, there is a way," and has helped many people become the best versions of themselves. Mariela is a graduate of the Academy of Art University, where she studied BA in New Media.
