Kristian Hagset is a seasoned business development and sales professional with over 20 years of experience in the e-commerce industry. He has a deep understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem in the Nordics and specializes in sales and marketing, partner/channel management, and business consulting. Currently serving as the Chief Growth Officer at Avensia, he is responsible for expanding the business worldwide and driving growth at a company that is already expanding rapidly.
Hagset has also held various leadership roles in his career, including Vice President of Business Development at Avensia, Vice President of Business Development Nordics (Management for Hire) at Powa Technologies, CEO at Nordic eCommerce Knowledge, Nordic Sales Manager (Management for Hire) at Intershop Communications, and Vice President of Marketing and Sales at Wipcore. His experience spans across building brand recognition and awareness in a continuously changing environment and advising clients to deliver profitable, first-class digital experiences. 
Hagset has studied economics, completing the first two years of a master's program at Høgskolen i Nord-Trøndelag (HiNT) and receiving a Master of Science in economics from Växjö University. He is keen to connect with innovative tech companies that can help customers increase retail efficiencies, connect offline and online channels, boost customer experience, and define a new vision for retail.
