Kristen Picard is a professional with 17 years of academic and industrial experience in biotechnology. Throughout her career, she has excelled in project and process management in large-scale biomanufacturing facilities, conducted research in social and physical sciences, developed programs and provided instruction in biotechnology training settings, and created digital performance support tools to enhance efficiency, productivity, and safety.
Kristen Picard's expertise extends to training the brain for improved focus, presence, calmness, and resilience. She offers a range of resources and programs, both free and paid, aimed at promoting well-being amidst the pressures of high-stress corporate environments. Kristen holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Adult Learning and Development from Lesley University, a Master of Science (MS) in Bioscience Administration from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Communication Disorders from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
Currently, Kristen serves as a Mindfulness Facilitator and Coach at Kinetic Presence. Previously, she has held key roles such as Principal Training Specialist at Sanofi Genzyme, Instructor and Curriculum Coordinator at WPI's Biomanufacturing Education and Training Center, Project Lead - Manufacturing Operations at Bristol-Myers Squibb, Process Lead/SME/Manager of People at Bristol-Myers Squibb, and has taken on various positions at Abbott Bioresearch Center and University of Massachusetts Medical School - Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences.
